Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is a small record a website asks a browser to store. A site can also use local storage or session storage to remember a choice or prevent a repeated action in the same tab. Some storage is needed to deliver a feature you request; optional measurement or advertising technologies require the appropriate choice before they are used. The exact third-party cookies may change with a provider's tools and your browser settings.
Essential session and preference storage
The first-party `mps_session` cookie holds a random identifier for a server-side session. It supports form security, the order flow and administrator sign-in. It does not contain a card number or a readable password. The cookie is HTTP-only and is sent over HTTPS on the live site. It is a browser-session cookie; server-side session expiry follows the site's server configuration. Blocking it can interrupt forms, booking steps and secure administration.
Your browser also stores `mps-consent` in local storage to remember whether you chose Essential only, Analytics only or Accept all. It remains until you change the choice or clear the site's storage. Temporary session-storage flags prevent the same on-page booking or order event being counted twice in one tab; they disappear when that browser session ends. These browser values do not store the full booking or your payment card details.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
The website starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. If a Google Tag Manager container is configured, it is loaded only after you select Analytics only or Accept all. Analytics only enables analytics consent and keeps advertising consent denied. Accept all also enables advertising measurement consent. Essential only leaves optional measurement disabled. The exact tags and cookie names depend on the tools configured in the container; Google and other providers may use their own cookies and similar technologies when enabled.
You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change your choice. Withdrawing optional consent stops the site granting it for later measurement. Cookies already stored by a third party may still be present until you remove them in your browser. You can use the site and make a booking with Essential only selected.
Stripe and external websites
If you choose Pay by Card, the site sends you to Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe may use its own storage on its domains for payment operation, authentication, fraud checks and available payment methods. Stripe's technology is governed by its own notices. Following a link to an unrelated external website likewise takes you to that site's own privacy and cookie information.
Manage or remove storage
Use the Cookie settings control in this page or the footer to adjust optional measurement. Browser privacy settings let you inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage. Clearing `mps_session` may end your active session or interrupt a booking. Clearing `mps-consent` makes the choice panel appear again. Restricting Stripe storage may affect secure card checkout. Deleting browser storage does not by itself delete lawful order, invoice or report records held by us; those records are covered by the Privacy Policy.
