MyProperty Services is a property services platform operated by Sachman Global Ltd. We help customers identify the right assessment or report and provide the information needed to scope it accurately.
Our current service catalogue includes EPC certificate, Commercial EPC certificate, Gas safety certificate, SBEM calculations, EICR reports, Display Energy Certificate. Each discipline has its own requirements; an EPC, EICR and gas safety record are not interchangeable.
We publish the basis for each service in plain English and confirm the practical scope, price and next step before work is arranged.
